Many people are coming together to identify improvements to the
Glenn Highway corridor. These people are following the lead of the Alaska Department of
Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF), who has put this project in motion. We
have as our mandate the department’s mission to "improve the quality of life for
Alaskans by cost-effectively providing, operating, and maintaining safe, environmentally
sound, and reliable transportation systems and public facilities." We have put
together a team of transportation specialists to help identify necessary short- and
long-term solutions. But we need your ideas, too. Please send your comments to us using
